Dr. Eduardo J. Padr贸n is President Emeritus of Miami Dade College, where he served from 1995 to 2019. An economist with a Ph.D. from the University of Florida, he is renowned for advancing access and equity in higher education. In 2016, he received the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
